“I definitely think that the Wreck Bag is a great piece of equipment. It’s softer on the back and the lower part of the neck than using dumbbells or barbells, especially when doing lunges and squats.  It is easy to maneuver.  It is extremely fun to do rows-into-burpees since you can slam the bag down and pick it up quickly; again, not something you would be able to do with a barbell or dumbbell.  The fabric is durable and the stitching by the handles is well reinforced.  I could tell from the very first use that safety is important and it is clear from the way it is manufactured.” said Chaplin after her initial workout with the Wreck Bag. Chaplin then went on to comment in regards to Wreck Bag’s experience level usability, style and  cleanliness in its design, “I think all levels of fitness participants can use the Wreck Bag. I also think they are very stylish and easy to keep clean. We did an outside workout where there was dust and dirt, and the Wreck Bag did not suck the dirt into the fabric, making it stay looking fresh and new.”
